MACROMAKER Software
The MACROMAKER software is a development tool which allow the realization and the implementation in the CNC of MACRO created by the user. The software, created in microsoft windows environment, permit to realize an user interface formed by a graphic part (file drawing in .BMP) and a part compilable by the CNC user. The variables are combined used algorithms created with also complex calculation functions. The tool contemplate several default icons ready for using, to enrich the graphic part (spindle rotation, cooler..); the program also automatically execute a control on the eventuals errors
during the realization (variable with the same sabel).
CNC Station
CNC STATION is e valid support for the relization of the programs. All the functions are inserted in the CNC STATION, it’s possible to program using the same tools that are present in the CNC as: defaults cycles, ISO language with the aid of VIS-CAD (easy CAD-CAM 2D).
Again the programs can be stored in the hard disk, or transmitted by ETHERNET, stored or imported on pen drive. The CNC STATION gives a valid support for the work wiew; the piece is visualized in 3D or in the individual plans (X-Y-Z), you can also test the working through
the working dynamic simulation (tool path).
Particularly suitable in the workshop for the programming of more machines (equipped with CNC VSC 1020-1030 M-T), that it can be connected to the CNC STATION by ETHERNET.
More CNC STATION can be used in an educational field (schools, training room,..) for the learning of the programming techniques. A Master PC (theacher), could be net connected to interact with the student; again, net connecting some machines equipped with CNC VSC 1020-1030 M-T- you can also really execute the realized programs.
